Birth: William Tennessee was born Oct 29, 1747, in Granville County, North Carolina Colony.

Marriage: 1769 in Granville, North Carolina Theresa Lyons. The couple had 3 children. Nathaniel 1770, William 1772, and Joseph 1776.

1775- 1776 Military fought in the American Revolutionary War from Virginia. His rank was a Private.

I haven't found any information showing divorce between William and Theresa she died sometime in 1776
