Biography

Albert was born in 1837. He was the son of Charles Carroll of Homewood and Mary Digges Lee.

He married Mary Cornelia Read on 4 May 1858 ^[1]and they had 3 daughters.

In 1862, he enlisted in the Confederate States Armyand was killed shortly thereafter in a skirmish near Martinsburg, Virginia. ^[2]
