Danny L. Carroll, 58, died March 30, 2004, in Louisville.
He was employed by Reynolds Metals-Alcoa, was a member of Kyrock United Baptist Church and was a U.S. Army 4th Infantry Division “Ivy” member Vietnam veteran. He was a son of the late Laymon and Maxine Prunty Carroll.
Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Patton Funeral Home, Brownsville chapel, with burial in Midway Church Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. EST today at Schoppenhorst, Underwood and Brooks Funeral Home in Shepherdsville and from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. CST Thursday at Patton Funeral Home.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Parker Carroll of Mount Washington; two daughters, April and Dana Carroll, both of Mount Washington; a granddaughter, Alexandra “Alex” Carroll; two brothers, Larry “Butch” Carroll and his wife, Thresa, and Ricky Carroll, all of Brownsville; a father-in-law, the Rev. Rayburn Parker of Brownsville; two brothers-in-law, Gary Parker and his wife, Toni, of Bowling Green and Dennis Parker and his wife, Gail, of Cynthiana; and several nieces, nephews and friends.
Burial: Midway United Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, Lindseyville, Edmonson County, Kentucky
