Biography
Elmer W. was born in September 1872 in Illinois. He is the son of William Carter and Eliza Hollister.[1] Elmer passed away in 1947 in Polk County, Nebraska and is buried in Hoffer Cemetery, Polk County, Nebraska.[2]
In 1900 Elmer was living with his parents in Polk County, Nebraska next door to Elizabeth Hoffer and her family. They married about 1904 in Polk County, Nebraska. In 1910 the family are living in Hackberry, Polk County, Nebraska. In the household are:[3]
