Bethilda Iowa Carter was born 18 April 1853 in Cabell County, Virginia. [1] She was a child of George Washington Carter and Nancy Turley. She married Henry Clay Midkiff. [2] She passed away 20 March 1932 in Cabell County, West Virginia. She was interred in Hatfield Cemetery, Cabell County, West Virginia. [1]
