Hi Angela, your comment on my merge proposal was "clear duplicate" but you postponed the merge so it cannot happen. Should I propose again so you can approve it? Thanks, Teresa (WikiTree Arborist)

Carter-27007 and Carter-5557 appear to represent the same person because: Upon notification from Angela Walker Herman and our exchange of information, it appears that the Mary Ann Carter profile that I created (Carter-27007) is the same person detailed in Carter-5557.

Once difference to note is that per www.wiregrassgenealogy.com/captdave55/crews2015a/1379.htm Jacob Carter was married twice to women named Sarah (possibly a Carter) and Sarah Middleton. Mary Ann Carter was child of Jacob and Sarah (not Sarah Middleton).

Please let me know your thoughts.

Regards,

Ken Carter

HI, I believe your Mary Ann Carter is a duplicate of Carter-5557 Mary Ann Carter Walker even though the Birth Date is different. Also, If you have a truesource for her parents being Jacob Carter and Sarah, please provide that in the bio. Even though they are shown as her parents on the original profile, this has NOT been proven and has been added from probable erroneous statements from the web and genealogy sites. Thank you!
