Research Notes
There seem to be two families conflated (Conflated where, at Find A Grave? We need to start reading records and never rely on one person at a website, I'll look again tomorrow) One is Sarah Elizabeth Woods (Woods-5929), who is a wife of John Blankenship, and the other is Sarah Elizabeth Carter Woods (Carter-14744), who is also a wife of John, but the only one linked to John (Blankenship-1732) is Sarah Woods. Are the two Sarahs the same person? "Linked to John"? Where, how? If the only source is a secondary source, that could be the problem. Find A Grave is a wonderful site. It's a secondary source, not contemporaneous to Sarah's life. I think it can all be sorted. :)
