Biography
Frances "Frankie" Josephine Carter was born in Kansas 24 May 1892, the daughter of Joseph W Carter and Eleanor Delilah Markle.[1][2]
Francis passed away 5 February 1913 and was buried in Norcatur Cemetery, Norcatur, Kansas.[3][4]
