William Carter was born in the Colony of Victoria (1851-1900)
William was born in 1896, the son of Carlise Fox Carter and Sarah Hart.[1]
In 1923, William Whitmore Carlise Carter married Annie Weston Ellis.[2]
He passed away in 1965, aged 69.[3]
