Note: The date of her birth, 08 Aug 1740 as recited in her grave memorial page online, probably is incorrect; since she was of the Society of Friends (Quaker) community, the eighth month of their calendar was October of any given year, thus the date expression of her birth per the Quaker calendar was 08: 08: 1740, which translates to 08 October 1740 per the Gregorian (modern) calendar.
She married 02 Dec 1761 at Immanuel's (Episcopal) Church, Tent, New Castle County, Delaware, Stephen Harlan. They had the following children:
