Biography

Joseph was born in 1804. He married Anne Elizabeth Sidwell. In 1850, they were living in Wyacondah, Davis County, Iowa.[1] He passed away about 1883. [2]

Carter-29168 and Carter-6167 do not represent the same person because: Different people because totally different locations and dates. More research needs to be done. There must be a mistake somewhere with the parents of one of the Josephs.
