Biography
Julia was born in 1820. She was the daughter of John Carter and Elizabeth Daby. [1]
She married Charles Safford (abt.1820-1886) on 28 Dec 1843 in Lancaster, Worcester, Massachusetts.[2]
She passed away in 1885.[3]
