Biography

Ephraim was born in 1772. He was the son of Ephraim Carter and Joanna Wheelock.[1]

Ephraim married Patty Phelps in 1768 in Leominster, Massachusetts.

He passed away September 27, 1850 in Ashland County, Ohio. [2]
