Biography
Cicely, daughter of Thomas Carter, was baptised on 23 April 1570 in Watford, Hertfordshire, England.[1]
Cicely married Richard Batchler on 17 May 1590 in Watford, St Mary, Hertfordshire, England.[2]Their children included:
- Robert
- Nicholas
- Sarah
All were named as "cousins" in the 1634 will of Robert Carter of London.[3]
In 1613 she was named as "my sister Cicely" in the will of her brother William Carter of St Margaret Westminster, vintner. [4]
