Biography

Releford was born in 1852. He was the son of Simeon Carter and Amanda Lynn.

Releford married Martha Tally

Releford Granville Carter joined the United Brrthren in Christ Church in 1859. He was granted a license to preach by his local church in 1881 and then in 1882 the Nebraska Annual Conference gave him a License to Preach in the entire Annual Conference.
