In 1850 Hezekiah was living with his father and siblings in Limestone County. He was 9, and had attended school within the past year. Note: the census page image is very faint, and his first name was not indexed.[1]
In 1860 he was living in Limestone County with his father, step-mother, and siblings. His occupation was clerk.[2]
Hezekiah served in Co. F, 9th Alabama. He was captured at Gettysburg on July 2, 1863, and released on June 12, 1865.
1870 - living with wife Delia and son Kirby in Limestone County. Age 29, merchant.[3]
Hezekiah died on May 8, 1871. He is buried in New Garden Cemetery.[4]
