NOTES on Caroline Carver Stansel

She was the first child of Sampson M. carver and his Feariba Tillis. She married Jesse and raised 11 children, after he was tragically killed. She never remarried. She remained farming with her father, brothers and her children.. Sampson Carver gave her the home place and the farm, which she later deeded to her son George R. Stansel.
