Les was born on 2 May 1918 and he passed away in 1987. He was an electrician. In WW2 he served as guard in a Japanese PoW camp, and went on to Japan as part of the occupation force. He died in a car crash in Adelaide, on his way to fishing, when his friend driving the car suffered a heart attack and their vehicle hit a truck.[1]

These two are the same person. Somehow in a merger the profiles duplicated instead of merging. I think that these three were the only errors in this generation. I will now check their parents Leslie Cassidy (the senior one) and Ivy Myrtle Jenkins. Best regards, Denis
