Albert Chadwick was born on December 14, 1888 in Boscawen, Merrimack, New Hampshire. He was the son of George Chadwick and Mary Mack Chadwick.[1]
In 1900, at age 12, he was living with his father and stepmother, Carry Craig Chadwick, in Boscawen together with two siblings and his half-sister.[2]
In 1910 he was living with his sister, Alice Chadwick Lord, in Lynn, Essex, Massachusetts.[3]
Albert registered for the draft in World War I on June 5, 1917. He was living in Detroit, Wayne, Michigan and working as a machinist for the Packard Motor Car Company.[4] According to his gravestone, he was a Corporal in Battery C, 329th Field Artillery in the war.[5]
In 1920 he was a boarder in a house in Detroit.[6]
Albert died on January 14, 1969 in California.[7] He is buried in the Pine Grove Cemetery in Lynn, Essex, Massachusetts.[5]
