Mary was born on March 6, 1675/6 in Newbury, Essex, Massachusetts.[1] She is the daughter of Thomas Chadwick and Sarah Wolcott Chadwick. [2]

Chadwick-1315 and Chadwick-668 appear to represent the same person because: Same parents. Birth date in 1676 supported by record. Cannot have died in 1791 because she would have been well over 100 years old.
