Ansel Chadwick was born about 1768, based on his age at death, in Sandwich, Barnstable County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, the son of Joseph and Anna (Hatch) Chadwick.[1][2][3]
He married Temperance Fish on 08 May 1788 in Sandwich. [4]
In May 1803 Ansel Chadwick drowned, age 35 years. His death is recorded in Sandwich but does not give any further details.[1]
