Biography

Adeline T. Chadwick was born on 19 February 1828 in Falmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, the daughter of Micajah and Jane G. (Fish) Chadwick. ^[1][2]

She married Stephen Burgess in Falmouth on 19 June 1848.^[3][2][4]

Adaline Burgess died of consumption in Falmouth on 26 or 27 October 1854, age 26 years,^[5][2] and was buried in the East End Church Cemetery.^[2]
