Adeline T. Chadwick was born on 19 February 1828 in Falmouth, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, the daughter of Micajah and Jane G. (Fish) Chadwick.[1][2]
Adaline Burgess died of consumption in Falmouth on 26 or 27 October 1854, age 26 years,[5][2] and was buried in the East End Church Cemetery.[2]
