Charles G Chambers was born 30 March 30 1902 in Adams Co., Ohio (reflected in his death certificate and reported by his father.) He was the son of Spencer Chambers and Anna Baird. There is a baptism record for him at Seaman United Presbyterian Church in Seaman, Ohio in January 1902.[1]

He died 31 March 1922 in Columbus, Ohio. [4] He is buried in Tranquility Cemetery in Tranquility, Ohio.[5]
