Biography
Dewey was born on November 22, 1905 at Huntsville in Scott County, Tennessee. He was the son of William M. Chambers and Rohemia ( Jeffers ) Chambers.[1][2] Dewey married Artie Louise (Cook) Hamblin October 12, 1924, in Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[3]
