Leisa Ann Chambers age 49, departed this life on Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. She was born on March 23, 1964 to Ann Chambers Jeffers and the late Jim Chambers. Leisa was a member of the First United Methodist Church.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dohy & Opal Chitwood, and Frank & Fuschia Chambers.

She is survived by her mother Ann Jeffers and husband John; sister Krista Lynn West; step-sisters, Carrie Jeffers and Angela Asher; nieces, Morgan Bryn West-Gazay and husband Brett, Kassidy Jade West, and Maycee Jamelynn West; nephew, Ruger Gregory West; great nephew, Kannon Charles West; great niece, Kambel Grace Gazay; aunts and uncles, Bill and Nadine Smith, James and Imogene Laxton, Irene Chitwood and the late Jack Chitwood, and "aunt" Pat Black and husband Russell; cousins, William (Bill) Smith, Alan Smith, Reece King, Gina Phillips, Sherry Chitwood, and Thea Chitwood; many special friends that include Jenny Harris, Vicki Bearden and Jennifer Holden and many others.

Friends may visit with the Chambers family on Friday evening November 22, 2013 from 6 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 8 p.m. with Reverend Keith Knight officiating. Music will be provided by Tom Payne and Dennie Neal. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2013 at Hazel Valley Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers will be William "Bill" Smith, Jr., Alan Smith, Ross Jeffers, Randy Jeffers, Rick Stubbs, and Rick King.
