Biography

Mrs. Catherine McKay, wife of J. K. McKay, died at her home 10432 148th Street, Edmon- ton, Alberta, Saturday, April 4, The late Mrs. McKay was born at Spring Valley. Prince Edward Island. on July 23rd. 1860. and with he: husband and family came to Alberta. in October 1912. residing in Calgary until September 1917, when they moved to Innlsfail, where they resided until‘ coming to Edmonton. She leaves besides her husband two sons and four daughters, Art McKay, Mrs G. T. Oyler, Miss Lois of Edmonton; Lee McKay of Ponoka; Mrs Charles Knight of Calgary and Mrs John C. Duggan of Kensington. Also surviving is one sister, Mrs J Duggan of Kensington. [1]
