I havent heard back from you about the United Kingdom Project breaking up into the individual country-level projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland. I hope all is well with you. I assume you dont wish to join any of them at present, and will go ahead and remove the United Kingdom badge. If you wish to join England, Scotland, Wales or Ireland in the future, you would be most welcome to do so via the respective G2G sign-up post.
Thanks Olivia, I've been working on completing my MBA and left my genealogy research behind for awhile. Sorry to hear about the break of the UK Project. I think I'll likely need to join the England, Scotland & Ireland pages :)

We realise the time has come to dissolve the UK Project in favour of the individual country projects of England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.
We are checking in with all UK badge holders to find out which country project(s) you would like to be in so you can collaborate with other members, have the opportunity to select which team(s) you would like to join, and so we can ensure you have all the correct badges.
Please respond by PM to let us know which country project(s) you would like to be in. Please dont assume we know. We are effectively starting from scratch to make sure no one falls through the cracks.
Once you have done this, the Coordinator for Membership in the relevant country project(s) will be in touch to help get you situated.
Thank you for adding the Magna Carta tag to your profile and for indicating an interest in the project. We appreciate your interest in Magna Carta heritage and genealogy. You are probably aware that there is a Magna Carta Project in Wikitree ? The purpose of this high level project is to devlop and maintain Magna Carta related profiles, identify and develop relationship trails from recognized Gateway Ancestors to their Magna Carta Surety Baron ancestor, and perform other important tasks, such as profile improvement, error correction and doing quality reviews of existing trails and profiles.
I am guessing that you may have found a potential direct relationship trail to a Magna Carta Baron, or perhaps you just enjoy the challenge of researching and proving Pre-1700 and Pre-1500 profiles (both of which require certification for creating and editing}. This field of research can present its own challenges, but it is very rewarding to those who take up the challenge.
If you think the Magna Carta Project may be a fit for you, please join the Magna Carta project at one of two levels; Full Membership or Affiliate Membership. At either level you choose, we would welcome your participation and collaboration. For more information please see :
If you have a question or comment in regards to this message or would like additional information please contact Liz Shifflett, Project Leader, or David Douglas, Co-Leader, Project Coordinator (Membership)
Im the new Project Coordinator for the England Project. I am contacting you, as there have been some recent changes to the project which we are keen to bring to your attention. Please look at the England Project page for more information on the changes and the ways members are able to actively contribute moving forward. Once you have considered how you would like to participate, please contact either myself or Susie to let us know. We can then list your involvement, help you join the Google group forum for England, and give you any other help you may need to get going. If we dont hear back from you well assume you do not wish to be a part of the England Project for the time being. We really hope you will join the team!
Hi Jacqueline, Thanks for your message. Excellent and welcome! I've added the project badge to your profile. If you click on the badge it will take you to the full list of our wonderful members. Click on United Kingdom Project will take you the first page of the project. Scroll down to participants. I've added your good self . Can you add your Country/County of interest etc. You'll also find info on how to join the project google group. I'll let you explore and catch up with you later.
HI Jacqueline, after search of records I've come across old property maps, it shows lands owned by Blair family to the east, as well as property owned by Dempsey family's along the Pigeon Creek. Roxi Dempsey is my grandmother, married Bertrand Curry & shared his property too. An 'old walking bridge' for "N&W" railroads is midway.
