Two men named Jabez Chappel/Chapell, first cousins, were born a couple of years apart in eastern Connecticut. The other [Chappel-531 | Jabez Chapell]] was the son of George and Mary (Douglass) Chapell and was born and lived in New London. Try not to let them confuse you.
