Biography
Philip was born in 1894. He was the son of Bertha and Edward Charles [1] He married Vera Pearl Whelham in 1916 [2] After she passed away in 1922, he married 2nd Norah Kathleen Gill in 1924 [3]He passed away in 1970 age 75 [4] Do you have information about Philip Charles?
