Biography

She was born on 21 Dec 1727 at St.François-de-Sales, Île-Jésus, Canada, Nouvelle-France [1] and was the daughter of Marie Madeleine (Barbeau) and Charles Jean Chartrand. [2]

Marie Josephe Chartrand married on 15 Nov 1745 at Sault-au-Récollet, Canada, Nouvelle-France to Pierre Lemay dit Delorme, [3] son of Anne (Leconte) and Ignace Lemay dit Delorme.

She passed away on 18 March 1803 and was buried on 21 March 1803 at Sault-au-Récollet, Montréal, Bas-Canada. [4]
