Research Notes

Regarding his second marriage, to Sarah Chase, this marriage date has been ascribed to him and Sarah;[5] and it has also been ascribed to his son Caleb Jr., and a different Sarah Chase. The marriage and resulting children, if any, are questionable data.[6]
