Daniel Chase was born at Sutton, Massachusetts on March 15, 1753, son of Moses Chase and Hannah Brown. The family removed to Cornish, New Hampshire about 1765. [1][2]
He married first Mehitable Kimball of Plainfield on September 5, 1776 at Cornish. [3] She was born on March 12, 1757 at Preston, Connecticut, daughter of Benjamin Kimball and Hannah Richards. [4][2]
Daniel married second, Mrs. Mary (Estabrook) Hall, widow of Moody Hall. Mary was born on February 9, 1769 and died on May 21, 1824. [6][2]
He married third, on January 5, 1825, Widow Mary May of Bradford [7] , Vermont who died January 16, 1831. [8][2]
He married fourth, Mrs. Mary C. (Kimball) Daniels who was born in Plainfield, New Hampshire on November, 1767, daughter of Joseph Kimball and Hannah Morgan. She had been married previously Ziba Roberts, Benjamin True and John Daniels. [9][2]
