Per Mayflower Families, she was the daughter of Philip and Sarah (Crossman) Chase.

Will of John Perry of Tiverton, yeoman, dated May 1806, proved 7 Feb 1814 mentions wife Sarah Perry who recd all property she brought with her at her marriage; daughters Deborah Negus wife of Isaac Negus, Anna Cook wife of Joseph Cook, and Mary Cook wife of Thomas Cook. Witnesses Thomas Durfee, Elijah Norton, and William Norton.
