Biography
Tamson was born about 1860, the daughter of Elijah Chase and Elizabeth Spragg.[1] Their family lived and farmed in Lizard, Pocahontas, Iowa.[2] By 1880, they had moved on to Buena Vista, Iowa where they continued to farm.[3]
She married Stratton Penton Gilman on 15 Apr 1882.[1]
She passed away in 1886 and was buried in the Powhatan Cemetery in Plover, Pocahontas County, Iowa.
