Biography

Victor Newton Chase was born on 19 February 1898 in Blue Earth, Fairbault, Minnesota, United States, son of Jesse Newton Chase (1867 - 1920) and Caroline Jean (South) Chase (1874 - 1955).[1]

Victor married Lucy Pauline Beatt on 24 Dec 1920 in Grand Forks, Grand Forks.

Children:
