Phebe Chase was born in Swansea, Bristol County on January 22, 1699[1]. She was the daughter of Samuel and Sarah Chase.
Phebe married Edward Slade in Swansea on December 6, 1720[2].
Phebe died in Swansea on July 5, 1735[3].
