Thomas, son of Henry Cheke and Frances Radcliff was born in 1570 in Pirgo, Essex. [1]
He married first Katherine Osborne and they were married for nearly 20 years and had one son Anthony. He was knighted by King James l on 11 May 1603
He then married Essex Rich, daughter of Robert Rich, 1st Earl of Warwick in 1616 and they had 3 sons and 6 daughters
He died in the City of London in 1659 and was buried at St. Albans, City of London on 25 March 1659. [2]

Cheeke-25 and Cheke-22 appear to represent the same person because: Cheke is his father's name spelling. Cheeke is the later spelling from the visitations of Essex.
