His date of birth is estimated from the date of marriage for Hilliard and Martha Cherry plus nine months would place date of birth between December 1848-January 1849.

Date of death is estimated by placing it before the 1850 United States Federal Census dated 15 April 1850. There was no children listed with Hilliard and Martha Cherry for this census. Their 2nd child was born 11 May 1851. He is also not listed in any subsequent census for this family.

In the Cherry/McAfee plot at Rose Hill Cemetery there are a number of unnamed small graves. The database for Rose Hill Cemetery does not have him listed. I was told that their records are still being uploaded to their website.
