Frances Sophia Cholmondeley was the daughter of George James Cholmondeley and Hon. Mary Elizabeth Townshend. She married Reverend John Charles Riddell, son of Sir John Buchanan Riddell of that Ilk, 9th Bt. and Frances Marsham, on 16 April 1846. [1] She died on 23 December 1887.2

I believe that there is an error here and that Frances Sophia is actually the daughter of George's first wife (Frances is born in 1807 shortly after George's first marriage in 1806). George did not marry Mary-Elizabeth until 1832.
