"Misses Jeanette and Agnes Chubb who have been visiting Miss Jennie Wilson, of High street west, have returned to their home in Michigan City, Ind."^[1]

In July 1899, Agnes attended a Christian Endeavor conference as the Michigan City, Indiana delegate. The conference was for "International Peace and Arbitration".^[2]

"Dr. and Mrs. Guy Stone and three children of Glasgow, Mont. passed throught the city <Cathryn's note: Belvidere, Illinois> yesterday on an auto tour. They were en route to French Lick, Ind. where they will remain a week and will then journey to New Orleans and after a stay there head for California, expecting to arrive on the coast by September 1st. They will then go north as far as Glasgow."
