DNA Connections
It may be possible to confirm family relationships with Sarah by comparing test results with other carriers of her mitochondrial DNA.
However, there are no known mtDNA test-takers in her direct maternal line.
It is likely that these autosomal DNA test-takers will share some percentage of DNA with Sarah:
Sarah Church, b. 6 Oct 1689, daughter of David and Mary did not marry William Stewart in Stonington, CT. The name 'Sarah Church' was very common at this time and it is difficult to track, but David Church lived in Watertown, Middlesex, Mass. Beginning the search for marriages for daughter Sarah as she approaches age, marriage record is found in Marlborough, MIddlesex, Mass. for marriage to Simon Mainard on 18 Nov 1718. I believe the correction needs to be made to this entry and Sarah Church Stewart reunited with her correct parents.
