I am in the process of adding family ancestors to WikiTree. Much of the information comes from my memories and my recorded data, collected for the past 50 years. In the future, I hope to document my Family Tree information on each of my family Profile Pages. Please contact me, if you have additional information or possible corrections for these records. Hi Marsha, It's great to meet a long lost cousin. I'm not sure if was you who was lost or if it was us, we may be able to sort that out someday. I'm looking forward to anything else you may have to add to the tree when you get back from your travels in October. I have a couple photos of a cooperage that were taken during a family vacation to Nova Scotia in the early 60s. I'll post them at some point and you may be able to help name the two men in the photos. My best guess is that one of them is your uncle Roy.

Marsha - I think it's great that you're using WikiTree so much, and doing so much work updating your side of our family tree! This web site is the brain child of my brother Chris, but I have enjoyed using it immensely myself, and creating pages for other people, trying to get them involved. Perhaps you can recruit some more family and friends to get involved too. Anyway .. just wanted to say .. welcome! Ted Whitten ( http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Whitten-11 )

Hi Marsha. Thank you for finding WikiTree! I'm so excited that you're a Lyons relative. Cora (Legge) Lyons is my great aunt, the sister of my great-grandmother, Effie (Legge) Whitten. See http://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Legge-7 and post a note on my board or e-mail me. I'd love to make the connection between our trees.
