Please see attached Linda Reno document which states that Monica Cissell married Charles Payne and died in Kentucky.

Update: Reno does not explain why Monica's brother James provided for her two minor daughters (Ann and Mary) in his 1774 will. In any case, Monica was the mother of Ann and Mary, and not the mother of Monica as shown here.
