Thomas CLARK, son of William CLARK and Catherine McALPIN, was born on 1 July 1839 in Cockfighters Creek; near Bulga, Colony of New South Wales, was christened on 10 January 1842 in Patricks Plains (R.D.), Colony of New South Wales, died on 3 March 1927 in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia [1] [2] at age 87, and was buried on 5 March 1927 in Church of England Section, Northern Suburbs Cemetery, North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia. Thomas married Mary Ann HOWELL, daughter of Thomas HOWELL and Elizabeth CROWLEY, on 24 September 1861 in St. Peter's Church of England, Richmond, Colony of New South Wales. [4]
Mary was born on 20 March 1837 in Richmond, Colony of New South Wales, was christened on 23 April 1837 in St. Peter's Church of England, Richmond, Colony of New South Wales,6 and died on 20 July 1908 in "Gamalally" Station, Collarenebri, New South Wales, Australia at age 71.
Thomas CLARK lived for a time near Singleton, after his marriage, then in 1867 moved with his family to the Noth West of NSW and remained for many years in the Barwon River district, at first managing several cattle stations for Mr Joseph Pearse including Collymongle, Pokataroo, Merrywinebone, Oreel, Cryon and Gorian. In 1872 he purchased Cryon and later took shares in Collymongle with Mr William Pearse. Thomas sold out in 1889 and settled on his own property Gamalally near Collarenebri (his son Hedley Clark later took over the property).

PROBATE JURISDICTION.
In the will of Thomas Clark, late of Gamalally, near Collarenebri, in the State of New South Wales, grazier, deceased.
PURSUANT to the Wills, Probate and Administration Act, 1898: Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having any debt or claim upon or affecting the estate of the above named deceased, who died on or about the 3rd day of March, 1927, and probate of whose will was granted by the Supreme Court of New South Wales, in its Probate Jurisdiction, on the 14th day of June, 1927, to George Capel, William Henry Capel, and Hedley Percival Clark, the executors named in the said will, are hereby required to send in particulars of their claims to the said George Capel, William Henry Capel and Hedley Percival Clark, or to the undersigned, the proctors for the said executors, on or before the 15th day of November next, at the expiration of which time the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto, having regard to the debts and claims only of which they shall then have had notice; and notice is hereby further given that the said executors will not be liable, for the assets so distributed, to any person of whose debt or claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
