Hello Larry,

I hope you're enjoying WikiTree.

Our vision is to build a collaborative tree. Be sure to look for Duplicates before adding a profile, and always include Sources for your information.

The Help Index covers topics you may have questions about.

Our G2G Forum is where many of our generous members help each other out.

Visit our "Weekend Chat". Say hello, introduce yourself and see what other members are up to right now! http://www.wikitree.com/g2g/165143/weekend-chat-all-members-are-invited-17-18-july-2015

Of course, I'm here to help in any way I’m able.

Good morning, I am here for the same reason. I was certified in the 80s, but so many advances in technology has me sometimes puzzled. Your note told me I have made a great decision to be here.

P.P.S. WikiTree has a project for DNA that you might find of interest. To check it out, go to the FIND link top right of your profile page, select PROJECTS from the drop-down menu, and then click the link to the DNA project. In addition to information that may be of interest to you, the project page has a list of members you can contact if you would like additional details.

P.S. I notice you have a GEDCOM badge. WikiTree Help pages give lots of information about the process; a good starting place is Before you import a GEDCOM. And here's a link to a great step-by-step of the process, including screenshots, that you might find helpful. Cheers, Liz

Welcome Larry!

I'm glad you found us. To become a full member (aka Wiki Genealogist), you’ll need to sign the Honor Code. For a list of helpful links, click my name and check out the "Greeter" section-especially the Sources links and the link to my fellow greeter Debby, who has helpful information on her profile page also.

If you get stuck on anything and can't find an answer in WikiTree Help or How to Use WikiTree, you can post to G2G or give me a holler.

Thank you for joining our collaborative tree! Remember that our mission is to build a global tree with just one profile per person, so please look for duplicates before adding a profile.

Enjoy!

Hello, I am Larry Clark. I am retired and have been doing family history as a hobby for fifteen years, which does not make me a pro.

I am looking forward to being part of, and working with wiki Tree however possible.
