America (Clark) Johnson lived in Virginia.

America Morgan, daughter of John Norman and Eliza Branch (née Santifer) Clark, was born on the 23rd February 1824 in Richmond Virginia.[1]
In the 1850 census America Johnson (aged 26) was the wife of Luke Johnson in Pottawattamie, Iowa.[2]
In the 1860 census America Johnson (aged 30) was the wife of Luke Johnson in Clover Settlement, Shambip, Utah Territory.[3]
In the 1870 census Mary Johnson (aged 46) was the head of household in St John, Tooele, Utah Territory.[4]
In the 1880 census America Johnson (aged 56), laborer, was the widowed head of household in Clover, Tooele, Utah Territory.[5]
America Morgan Johnson died on the 9th March 1900 in Ogden, Weber, Utah[6]
and was buried in Ogden City Cemetery, Ogden, Weber, Utah.[7]

Mrs. America Johnson, aunt of Mayor M. S. Browning died at the residence of Mayor M.S. Browning this morning at the age of 76 years. The funeral services will be held from the Second Ward meeting house at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon."
