Biography

Dixon Springs Cemetery, Dixon Springs, Smith County, Tennessee. The US Corps of Engineers relocated Watts Cemetery from the Cordell Hull Lake impoundment area in Jackson Co. to Dixon Springs Cemetery in Smith Co. Tennessee.

Matilda was born in 1824. She passed away in 1898.

Clarke-14048 and Clark-20620 appear to represent the same person because: Same date and place of birth -- 1834 Tennessee. Please excuse my mistake in creating a new profile for my ancestor, Matilda Clarke Watts. I got in too big of a hurry and didn't see that Matilda already has a profile.
