I stand corrected: The Mother of Nancy Mary Quick and James was Nancy Marion Perrin; their father: Dennis Hagaman Quick. Dennis married Sinai after Nancy Marion Perrin died, making Sinai stepmother to Dennis' & Nancy Marion Perrin's children.
