Just be careful...there were a bootle for Clark families who all named their children alike....that's why I am a stickler for dates matching and places and times agreeing. Plus, they all lived in the same areas. A headache to be sure!
Clark-20732 and Clark-3977 appear to represent the same person because: Both have the same daughter. Clark-20732 does not have a lot of other info, but enough to imply they are the same person.
Kathy Marine....has different dates for the children of Winifred and Bowling Clark but the names are certainly correct. That is why I haven't merged this sooner. I have done a lot of research into this family..From the Cedar Creek Quaker records I have Christopher, 1st born of Bowling and Winifred, 28 Feb 1743, then Elizabeth 21 Nov 1744. Then Bowling in 1747 Capt. Micajah Born 3 Dec 1749 in Albamarle Co. VAHe married Luranna Johnson on the 10th Dec 1770 in Louisa Co., VA Micajah died 22 Dec 1838 in Warren Co., KY. He also served in the Revolutionary War. The 5th child of Bowling and Winifred is Edward born 1751 in Abemarle Co., VA. Then Zachariah in 1752 AlbemarleCo, VA Then David born before 1758 in Albemarle. He married Charity Boone in 1778 in Surry Co., NC. David died 15 August 1825 in Weekly Co., TN He was also in the Revolution but I haven't researched that. The came Jonathan 20 May 1759born in Bedford Co., VA Jonathan married Jane Rogers 2 Aug 1787 in the Pendleton Diastrict SC ans Jonathan died the 12 Mar 1850 or 19 Mar 1851 in Christian County KY He was also in te Rev War but Ihaven't researched that. Last child of Bowling and Winifred was Joseph born in 1770 in Bedford Co, VA married a native american Mary Ann Golden in 1790, and Joseph died in 1841 in Christian Co., KY Haven't verified that either. I am related thru Capt. Micajah so I have a lot of research yet on the others. (There is a lot of time between Jonathan & Joseph...so I need to account for that. In 1773 Bowling gave notice to the South River MM of his intentin to go to North Carolina 0n 21 Oct 1770...oh I do have notice of Davids Rev. War record for No Car.
