Andrew Clarke (son of Thomas Clarke and Susanna Ring) was born ca 1646
at Plymouth.[1] He married Mehitable Scottow on 1671 in Boston, Suffolk, MA, daughter of Thomas Scottow and Joan Sanford. They had six known children.[1]
Andrew lived in Boston, where his name is found in the tax lists for 1674. He was in the shoe business, and lived in Scotto's Lane, where his father bought him a house. He was assistant counsellor, and several times representative to the general court. Four of the children's births were recorded there.[1]
He removed to Harwich, of which he was one of the original proprietors, in 1694. Burial Old Burying Ground, Brewster, Barnstable County, Massachusetts, USA

Andrew Clark of Harwich died intestate and on 12 November 1706, his widow Mehitable was granted the administration of his estate.[2]
